We are a pet-friendly community. Our pet policy allows for up to two pets, up to 50lbs each, per home, and contact the office for breed restrictions.

• Pets up to 25 pounds: $200 refundable pet deposit and $15 monthly pet rent, due at move-in.
• Pets 26–50 pounds: $250 refundable pet deposit and $15 monthly pet rent, due at move-in.

It is based on your gross annual income.
